Every year I design a new Sloomy anyone can adopt, but after the year is over, I retire that design forever, adopt her while you can!

Commission Process

I start accepting commissions around the 19th of each month.

File the form or get in touch with me on social media with a small description of your character and the features you want on the nui.After I decide to take on your commission and receive the payment, I will commence designing your nui. I do this mostly in an analogical manner, drawing on paper.
You can ask for changes during this phase and are encouraged to send all the reference material and suggestions you want.Once the final design is chosen, no changes can be made to it.You can send a nui design you commissioned from a different artist as well. This speeds up the process as I can gather materials and start production faster.

I will send progress updates and stream most of the process on my twitch channel. If you would rather I don’t work on your nui live on stream let me know in advance.Depending on how far along the process the nui is, changes become difficult to make. Additional addons might require extra fees if they involve remaking whole parts. Otherwise, I am happy to make changes within reason. The difference will be added onto the final payment.
Remember I will not do refunds for downgrades.

Terms of Service

I only take commissions of original characters. Video game original characters are accepted. I won’t take commissions to make real people. Copyrighted characters might be accepted with exceptions.I do my designs on paper. However you can commission a different artist to do the design and I will make the plush with it.My dolls are fully hand made with a combination of hand and machine sewing, please don’t contact me if you expect factory level quality.I require three months from the moment I accept your order to work on it as leeway in case something happens. Under normal circumstances I should be able to complete it within the first month.Payment
Full payment of the nui upfront. Any extra add on that may be added during the process will be invoiced later alongside the shipping fee. Payments will be made through PayPal invoice or Ko-fi if requested.All payments are final. No refunds under any circumstances.

I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel my skill level can’t meet your request.
